Welcome to SRP Wales Branch

The Wales branch of the Society of Recorder Players was founded in 2007 and ever since has been attracting members and visitors from Wales and the Borders to share in the enjoyment of playing together.
All recorder players, both members and non-members, are welcome to join us at any of our meetings.
Full details are on our Programme page.
You can also read about our previous meetings - what we've played etc - in our Past Events blog
  • Each meeting provides a full day's group playing.
  • You don't have to be a member to attend - our playing days are open to everyone.
  • As well as regular monthly meetings, we provide special playing days with a guest conductor.
  • We are friendly, welcoming and looking forward to meeting you!

Our next meeting

Our next playing day will be Saturday 21st February at our usual venue. It seems a long time since our November meeting and we're looking forward to playing together again!

Pastoral visit

Our guest conductor this year will be Alyson Lewin, who will join us at our March meeting. Alyson has promised to bring along some unbarred music for us to try!
There will be a small additional charge for this day in order to cover costs. Members are asked to pay £5 please, and non-members £15 instead of the usual £10 for a regular playing day.
