- You don't have to be a member to attend - our playing days are open to everyone.
- As well as regular monthly meetings, we provide special playing days with a guest conductor.
- We are friendly, welcoming and looking forward to meeting you!
Our next meeting
Our next playing day will be Saturday 22nd February in the Clarence Hall, Crickhowell. Before that though, we will be performing at a concert in December (see below).

December's concert
Annual SRP Festival 2025
Friday 30th May to 1st June 2025

In 2025 the SRP will be holding a joint festival with The Early Music Shop (EMS) in Saltaire, West Yorkshire. The venue will be Titus Salt School, Baildon, BD17 5RH.
The school is in close proximity to Saltaire village, which is a Victorian model village located near Shipley, between the River Aire, the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and the railway. It is also near Roberts Park and Salts Mill.
While accommodation is not provided in the school, the main hall can hold up to 300 and catering facilities, parking and lifts are guaranteed. There are plenty of places to stay nearby with the hope of favourable rates.
We hope the new venture of a joint festival will present some exciting new possibilities but there will also be familiar features such as a commissioned work; a range of conductors to lead us. We hope Palisander will join us to provide an evening concert and workshops for schools.
